This particular build was a refreshing, well thought out modern design, with first floor living areas to take full advantage of the outstanding views. The living space was enhanced with vaulted ceilings and a modern twist on a traditional cut A Frame roof, made all the better with a clever lighting scheme.
Devon Build also carried out landscaping to the outside areas in line with the customers ideas and requirements.
Devon Build acted as main contractor for a high specification new build detached house near Barnstaple, they were cooperative with the Architect, started and completed the project on time, were within the budget agreed, the finish (some three years on) is still excellent.
It was a professional and well organised site, we are satisfied customers!
